By using SsnapTik you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service is
SsnapTik takes the link to a public TikTok post and returns it as a video file, an audio file, or the images from a photo post. It is free, requires no account, and is provided as a convenience.
What you may download
This is the important part. Downloading a file does not give you rights to it. The person who made the video still owns it.
You agree to use SsnapTik only for content that you:
- created yourself, or
- have the creator's permission to download and reuse, or
- may lawfully use under an exception in your country's copyright law, such as private study, quotation, news reporting, or parody.
You are responsible for how you use what you download. Republishing someone else's video as your own, removing a creator's watermark in order to pass their work off as yours, or using a clip commercially without permission may infringe copyright and may also breach TikTok's own terms. If you republish a clip, the MP4 that keeps the watermark is the honest option, because it shows where the video came from.
What you may not do
- Use the service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Download private content, or content you reached by circumventing a restriction.
- Run automated scripts, scrapers or bulk queues against the site, or attempt to bypass the rate limits.
- Resell access to the service, or present it as your own.
- Attempt to disrupt the service or gain access to systems you are not authorised to use.
We may block access that breaks these rules, without notice.
No affiliation with TikTok
SsnapTik is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their group companies. TikTok is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the tool does.
Availability
The service is offered as is and as available. It depends on TikTok continuing to serve the files, so any given link may fail — a post can be private, deleted, age-restricted or blocked in your region. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be available or error free.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost profits, or any claim brought against you over content you downloaded. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
