Write to [email protected]. It is the only address we use, and it reaches a person. We aim to reply within two working days.

A link will not download

Most failures have an ordinary cause. Before writing in, it is worth checking whether the post is private, has been deleted, or is restricted in your country — all three will stop any downloader, not just this one. Make sure the link came from the Share menu and points at a single post rather than a profile or a search page.

If it still fails, send us:

• the full link you pasted,
• the message shown on screen,
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android.

That is usually enough to reproduce the problem straight away.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you own the rights to a work and believe this site is being used to infringe them, email [email protected] with the subject line Copyright, and include:

• identification of the work you own,
• the specific link concerned,
• your contact details,
• a statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law,
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We act on properly made requests promptly. Because the files sit on TikTok's systems, a report to TikTok will usually be the faster and more complete route.

Privacy questions

Questions about what is processed, or requests relating to your data, go to the same address — see the Privacy Policy for what we hold, which in practice is nothing that identifies you.

Everything else

Bugs, feature requests, translation corrections and partnership enquiries are all welcome. If you have spotted wording that reads badly in Arabic, French, Spanish or Hindi, we would genuinely like to know — the translations are meant to read naturally, not mechanically.

What we cannot help with

• TikTok account problems. We are not TikTok and have no access to accounts, bans or appeals. Use TikTok's own support.
• Likes, followers or views. We do not sell or generate engagement of any kind, and services that do will put an account at risk.
• Recovering a video you deleted. Once a post is gone from TikTok, it is gone from here too.
